Just won second place in Fictitious Genre Competition #3!

Created for the twice-monthly Genre Competition, in which contestants submit a song in a fictitious genre category.  This round's genre was called "verbwave," and it's basically electro-shoegaze in a 3/4 time signature. Some notes on the production for my r/edmp friends: Incredibly, that distorted strumming instrument is sinewaves fed through massive distortion. The key to its strummy quality is an Ableton Groove that randomly messes with the timing of each individual note in the chord, ensuring that they don't all play at the same time. This dramatically changes the nature of the sound.
