Josie Campbell is a Dubai-based communication expert and voice coach who specialises in helping individuals and organisations speak with confidence and authenticity. Founder of the Space Shift framework, Josie blends her background in theatre and corporate training to empower professionals across sectors—from finance and healthcare to the arts.

Her career began in education, followed by a transformative mid-life decision to attend the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. There, she earned a Master’s in Actor Training and Coaching, researching executive presence—especially for women. Her work draws on theatrical techniques and a deep understanding of space as a communicative tool. Josie believes space is never neutral; it carries meaning, presence, and intention.

Through her pioneering Space Shift method and her "Communications for Women" programme, Josie addresses real issues faced by women in corporate environments—from invisibility in meetings to overcoming self-doubt. Her coaching helps individuals step into their space, claim their voice, and be seen.

In an interview with Mark Walmsley of the Arts and Culture Network, Josie shared her journey from Zambia to London to Dubai, her love of 80s music and Italian food, and her passion for storytelling through performance. They even imagined a fantasy project—creating a global league table of female confidence.
