Sympathy For the Sky

Putting together a dusty psychedelic cruise ship album full of what I like to call Yacht Hop, and this track is the opener. As a kid I always wondered what it would be like  to go to Fantasy Island and get all my complex problems, as an eight year old, ironed out by Mr. Roarke. He really put another smooth yet mysterious layer on this. RIP to the one and only Ricardo Montalban.

A fine selection of songs, demos and loops that are almost lost forever. Lost&Found is a concept album free from subjectivity, which is why the titles show us the real creative process (DrumSession#). Music is a language, enjoy it ☺

DS486 (Digital Master)

Stefan K - Rock Flexible (Official) shared an inspiring instrumental, asking if anyone would like to contribute some vocals. I found the piece to have an ominous atmosphere that builds into something more triumphant. This is my take on it which is a rather dark ecological wake up call (as if we should still need that!) with the invaluable help of Dick Vestdijk (Oorlab) with whom I’ve worked on ten other collaborations. A very special thank you to both Stefan and Dick. Thanks for listening.

I always like when Tom dials in his "mean" tone, so I created this attitude-packed jam track for us to rip over. I kick it off, Tom joins in around the 1 minute mark, I briefly take over the reins at about the 2 minute mark, and Tom snatches them back at around the 2:30 mark. I've been making music for around 16 years now but because of the wonderfully generous community that is SC, I have learned so much in a short time. I look forward to learning even more by collaborating. 
I suppose my strengths are in lyric-writing and singing. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with some stunning compositions by some very talented SCers.
