Born in Cali and currently based in Medellín, Juan Pablo Torrez has become one of the key figures of Progressive House in Latin America. His connection with electronic music began at a very young age, but over the years his artistic identity evolved into a refined blend of depth, groove, and emotion, shaped by the influence of icons such as Hernán Cattaneo, John Digweed, Sasha, and Nick Warren. This sonic DNA has defined a solid career and a sound that is respected by both the industry and global audiences.

His journey has taken him to countries such as Greece, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and more, along with standout performances at major festivals including Summerland Festival in Colombia, Daydreaming Festival in Budapest, Bloque Festival in Greece, and Burning Man – Dusty's Multiverse. Throughout his career, he has shared stages with legendary and contemporary names including Hernán Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sasha, Sébastien Léger, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Markus Schulz, Danny Howells, Dave Seaman, HOSH, Tim Green, Matador, and many others.

His acclaimed track Leda was selected by Nick Warren as Best Track of 2021, reaching #2 on Beatport's Hype Progressive Chart, while Rome now exceeds 400,000 streams on Spotify.

Parallel to his artist career, Juan Pablo is the founder of Clubsonica Records, one of the most influential Progressive House labels in Latin America and a respected global reference for the genre. The imprint has received support from Hernán Cattaneo, Sasha, John Digweed, Guy J, Tiësto, Joris Voorn, Maceo Plex, Paul van Dyk, Nick Warren, Henry Saiz, among many others, earning recognition such as Best Record Label 2023 – Culture Dance Awards, while positioning itself among the best-selling Progressive & Organic House labels on Beatport.
