It includes the sunniest grooves you’ve heard this year. ’Shir Khan Presents Black Jukebox Disco Jam 01’ is a soundsystem-ready disco-house jam which tickles the subwoofers beautifully and seems purpose built for eyes-wide-shut Summer terrace play in big outdoor spaces. Black Jukebox is traversing the wide spectrum of ‘dancefloor’ music.  There’s much to excite: All four tracks are built for rooftop parties with the deep V crew.
From slo-mo housed up boogie-soul, to a loft-party future classic, to a feel-good, sun-blushed, druggy, late night electric jam, to main room filtered disco house and subbass-bugged R&B…it’s all there.  It’s no wonder the Black Jukebox Vinyl series became buy-on-sight and quick to disappear. The Toy Tonics crew is known for being addicted to two things: vintage music machines and old vinyl. 100% music aficionados. On the „Tonic Edits“ series the crew shares some of their favorite old tracks - in a reworked version. 
This time COEO get back in time. They destroyed a couple of 1970ies disco jams. Recut & repasted them. And gave them their special COEO touch. Of course it’s irresistible! 
This release comes on vinyl only first. Later maybe could be out on selected Digital sellers.. not sure yet.

What can I say about this record?  I'm still not sick of it, which is some feat in itself.  Thanks to Jay-J Hernandez for engineering the f*ck out of this record.  I couldn't pray for it to sound any better.  I remember handing Frankie Knuckles the white label at that years WMC in Miami.  Next thing I know he was playing it.  He summoned me over and said "this is hot"!  I had no idea it would have the impact it had.  It was my favorite tour.  I'd play the record in every city and people would yell the words from the dance floor.  There go those chills again...
