Since more than 20 years Martin Eyerer travels heavily around the globe as a dj and producer. His more than 100 releases on the hottest labels like Rennaissance, Buzzin Fly, Great Stuff, Boxer, Audiomatique or logically on his own imprint Kling Klong are bought and played on continents from Australia, Asia to North and South America and of course Europe. Countless sales and other chart positionings as well as media feedback prove that impressively. 
As a producer Martin has something to show as well: Gold Albums in UK and Australia and a top 3 US Billboard chart ranking have a great effect here. As a mixing and mastering engineer Martin runs a respectable analog studio since 15 years, which has an established standing specially in the electronic music scene. Among his clients are labels and artists like Mobilee, Watergate Recs, Terminal M, Keine Musik, Stil Vor Talent, Break New Soil, Pan-Pot, Oliver Koletzki, Wankelmut and many more. 
After moving from Stuttgart to Berlin in August 2012 Martin and his partners Jade Souaid and Tassilo Ippenberger opened together the Riverside Studios - a 1000 m2 complex in the heart of Berlin. With direct river view and the neighborhood to clubs like Bergahin, Watergate, Kater Holzig, Tresor or Weekend it became one of the hotspots of Berlin‘s music scene. Tennants of its 15 studios like Booka Shade, Pan-Pot, Tobi Neumann, Sante, Florian Meindl, Stephan Hinz, Alex Flatner and a few film composers make this complex that special and successful. Of course Martin has his space there, too. On 100 m2 he brought his studio to the next level. The restauration of his legendary Amek M 3000 Console that was formerly owned by Pink Floyd in the seventies completed it surely. 
By the end of 2013 Martin Eyerer starts to work on his 3rd longplayer including interesting and already confirmed cooperations withPrincess Superstar, Abby, Knixx and Ruede Hagelstein. 
End 2014 the album will be released on Martin‘s very own label Kling Klong that has just brought out the Ibiza hit 2013 „Ninetoes-Finder“ (incl. Martin Eyerer rmx). Before this, a few other new releases will put out on the following labels by Martin: Out in May an new release on Highway recs incl a Nathan Barato rmx, one on Saved Recs in June, Get Physical 2 singles mid 2014, one Release on Ovum together with Markus Homm coming this year, a Leena single in summer and a follow up to his maybe biggest club record so far: ‘‘Eyerer& Chopstick- Haunting.“ Which will be called Rockmachine and released in summer as well.

Kindisch just saw the release of 'Love Handles You'; the spectacular work of Scandinavia's Deep-House-Queen Adeline. Now she hands the track over and receives a brilliant remix package worthy of the original. 

American born Camea has music in her blood, coming originally from world-famous-music-city Seattle. After discovering techno in 99' she quickly took to it, and since then has released on labels such as BPitch, Playhouse, Minus and even Get Physical. For this remix, Camea opens with a decidedly Tech House percussion and develops it with vocals until the break comes with the signature melody of the original. She then takes us on a humid journey with pads and white noise as her best weapons. 

Norwegian artist Diskjokke takes us immediately under his wing and then pumps us full of dirty basslines and vocal delay. The energy he manages to build here, the anticipation, is priceless and wonderfully crafted. A very techy mix, Diskjokke brings us the deep night in sonic form. Chords, plucks, keys and distortion come together to create a thick slice of modern nightlife. 

Delete (aka Sergio Muñoz) & Israel Sunshine teamed up in 2010 to become Fur Coat, and the rest is, as they say, history. Brilliant Deep House and funk infused work has brought them here. Their vision of 'Love Handles You' is a techy blend of vocals, acid inspired synth lines and thick melodies, all spread out across a crunchy beat.

Since their breakthrough debut EP on Culprit a mere 3 months ago, Climbers ascent has been the definition of meteoric. The young Mexican duo's success is no mere lucky break or flash in the pan story, though. Jay Blakk and Kiko Deal have done itthe right way, their tremendous artistic growth spurt coming as the inevitable result of ceaseless studio work coupled with the boys' staunch adherence to their musical roots sprinkled with more than a touch of inspiration. "2 Come Back" is the Climbers most accomplished song to date, that rare breakthrough moment when a production team's developing signature elements come together in an exciting way, making for something special.

Two remixes manage to interpret '2 Come Back' in their own very distinct ways, whilst maintaining the original's ethos and referencing many of its ideas. Miguel Campbell's now-patented retro French-house-inspired, profoundly funky electronic bassline struts throughout and the original's melodies are sharpened to rhythmic precision. This remix has Miguel's swinging groove down to a tee, best of global daytime parties be warned!

An altogether punchier and moodier rework by Crosstown Rebels new guns, Fur Coat comes in like a nighttime yin to Campbell's yang. Bringing the original's vocal hook to the front but putting their own robotic funk twist on it, Fur Coat exercise their easily identified style, that combines dark electronics with warmer elements. Already in the arsenal of Art Department and Damian Lazarus, this simmering remix neatly rounds out an impressively varied release.

Martin Buttrich is famously as fluent behind a mixing console as in front of a virtual drum kit. That technical prowess, combined with a fascination for music of every shape, has resulted in outstanding releases on influential labels such as Planet E, Four:Twenty, Cocoon, Poker Flat, Nervous and Desolat. He’s also put his sonic thumbprint on many big ticket artists, notably receiving a Grammy nomination for a Tori Amos remix in 2003. Such diverse musical horizons are rare. While other prolific artists may have slowly watered down their music, Buttrich’s star has risen in diametric opposition. His vision has become more and more condensed, more and more crystallised. Flipping and puncturing grooves in a live setting is a snap for him, and he’s entranced audiences at festivals like Time Warp and Creamfields, at temples of boom such as Fabric (London), Womb (Tokyo), Cocoon (Frankfurt), Panorama Bar (Berlin) and Amnesia (Ibiza) and at worldwide Desolat Experience parties with Loco Dice.

Buttrich’s journey into electronic music began in clubs in Berlin and Hannover at the dawn of the ‘90s, when post-Summer of Love-Europe began to swing to its own hypnotic, machine-like groove. At 18 years old he began experimenting with production as X-Rotation (with Daniel Bross), which led to the projects Rhythm Assault, Sounds of Life and Phunk Diggazs (with engineer Andy Bolleshon).

Buttrich began a notorious collaboration with his then co-worker at Peppermint Jam distribution, Timo Maas, in the mid-‘90s (they worked the telephones together). After setting up his first studio in the basement of the Peppermint Park studio building, the partnership led to over 100 co-productions and remixes that included Madonna, Muse, Fatboy Slim. Josh Wink and Green Velvet. Buttrich has produced funk legend Bootsy Collins, while switching the patterns for artists including Tom Jones, Kelis, Moloko, Depeche Mode, Placebo, Yello, War and Roger Sanchez. His Azzido Da Bass “Dooms Night” remix with Timo Maas hit the UK top ten charts.
 
All the while he created an impressive library of beats and collected an arsenal of music production equipment for his studio in Timetools, a studio complex founded in 1997 in Hannover with a group of musicians. Buttrich is happy with the subtle crunch of an SP-12 sampler and the ‘smoky’ vibe of his analog mixing desk – adding a bass guitar or other instrument when necessary. But he’s not above having fun with a laptop either: approaching music programs as if they were video games. He doesn’t rely on any one machine or music composition technique, and his array of outboard gear is mouth-wateringly state of the art.
But he never loses touch with the gritty, human side of music, and the environments that it is played in.

Another key musical partnership, with Loco Dice, begun in 2002, undoubtedly inspired Buttrich to delve deeper into the musical histories that first lured him towards after-dark melodies. In a short space of time they’d built up a deep discography creating an era-defining sound in the process. They spent more than half a year living in New York in 2006/2007, with half of Buttrich’s studio set up in a rickety hideaway in Brooklyn that looked out over Manhattan’s vistas. Between late night production sessions and snowstorms, their Desolat label came to life.

Having his debut solo album Crash Test released on Desolat in early 2010, Martin Buttrich is taking his vision to the road, fusing wild imagination with solid musical architecture, cherry-picked inspiration with true perfection of his musical craft. 

Since then constantly on tour, in 2011 Martin Buttrich still has dropped a remarkable collection of music - productions like “Fire Files” EP on Desolat or remixes for Marco Carola and Lee Curtis amongst others.

Currently based in LA, Martin Buttrich is working on his second artist album and a jazz project called The Stoned Autopilot.
