The meditative pieces uploaded here are made available for your rest, and relaxation at no charge for your enjoyment. Playlists are set up for meditative instrumentals and yoga music as well as guided meditations. Our hope is that our music and meditations bring you a sense of happiness, wellness and peace.

These recordings are a combination of instrumentals including Spanish guitar, sitar, bass, E-Lyra, crystal bowls, Native American flute, Bansuri and bamboo flutes, Piano,  ocarina, harmonium, RAV Drums,gongs, and chimes. All are original pieces, created  and performed by us. They may be played individually or in the playlists provided or make up your own combinations. 

Some of these are home recordings, which are organic, non-GMO and homegrown ;-),... so there may be some natural background sounds (e.g., our dog breathing or our Koi fish swimming).

update July 2017: I am re-editing all speeches in this archive to give them a feel that the characters are speaking exclusively to the listener.

In 2016 I started collecting fictional motivational speeches from movies and TV shows. So far I have excerpted 200 monologues from mostly Hollywood films, mostly from the 80s - 2010s. I am in the process of editing them in such a way that they speak to the listener directly without interruptions by other characters or specifying the vocation or activity they were originally referring to. I am collecting them on various social media platforms where they can be shared, listened to and used by others. I want to know, has the meaning of these speeches shifted after they have been ripped from their place in a narrative, a story line? Cinema can hold such great power over its viewers, and sometimes its stories seep over into real life. What do these motivational speeches feel like in their abundance, what do they become? Are they suspended? Are they, at their core, a positive influence or do they become oppressive in their simplicity?
