Hello Soundcloud fam, it has been a hot minute hasn't it? Yes I am still alive and apparently I'm still a DJ. I've been on a little sabbatical/mental health break but wanted to pop in with some tunes. I found this on my laptop and cleaned it up for y'all to enjoy. It's my set from the amazing Shindig Festival 2022 from the Church of Love stage hosted by the legendary Father Funk! An hour of the usual funky goods here for you to enjoy. I'm also about halfway through a sequel to my Sunday Afternoon Disco mix with so stay locked for that one, it's gonna be extra special! Roast Beatz & Cuttin' It Fine were very happy to take part in the second instalment of Power Raiders. 
Power Raiders is an all day DJ event where over 14 DJ's perform on Twitch for 1/2 hour, then raid the next DJ. 
Raiding is a feature on Twitch where you can send all your viewers to another streamer, meaning it was a continuous stream of music. This went on from 11am to 12:30am. That's over 12 hours of live DJ's! It featured the talents of:

Since getting his start in Vancouver over 25 years ago while crafting his signature funky sound and layered mixing Marty has carved out an admirable resume in a scene that he loves to give back and contribute to. He has been featured 3 times on DJ Dan's legendary Stereo Damage Podcast and has opened for a slew of legends including DJ Dan, A. Skillz, Krafty Kuts, Mr. Switch, Deekline, DJ Brace, Tommy Largo, Neon Steve, Funkanomics, Slynk, Featurecast, Basement Freaks as well as opening for Stickybuds numerous times in Nelson BC, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. His festival resume runs deep with multiple bookings at Shindig Festival (UK), Fozzy Fest, Astral Harvest,  Vibrant Music Festival, Bass in the Bush, Moab Utah Pride, Vancouver Pride, Edmonton Pride and the Disco Den in Wichita.  Marty has been a part of the LEMF crew here in Lethbridge since it's inception in 2012 and is current chair of the organizing committee. Marty is also the founder of LEMF Events which creates diverse events for the LGBTQ+ community year round while creating space for local artists with a strong eye towards community.
