Crybaby.

The crybaby cries. That's what he does, right? That's pretty much the definition of the word. That's what that boy Lucas that lives just next door has done all the time ever since the incident.

He can't forget what happened. Not his mother, the one who cherished him the most, and gave him all he could for life. Not what happened to her, the cruel ending of her life.

When his brother had just ran away, Lucas seems to have stayed inside his room, not opening up to anyone. Not even his dad, who seems to be taking it the worst out of anyone.

If only there was a way to change it all. To go back in time, to forget the past, to reset. To reset.

[S02.5 02] PSI STRIKE BACK

Cold.

It's cold, so cold... And you've just woken up, too. What a way to start your morning.

But you're not in your usual bed, no. You're in a much more scarier place that you can't seem to escape from.

The place seems to be a pitch black sort of void, where you could very easily get lost in. There's no sort of indicator of where you are either. It's just a cold, endless black space. 

You wake up, look around, and realize where you are in. Fear. Your hands sweat, you can't seem to calm down, you can't seem to get anywhere here.

You pray. You pray for everything you believe in, and even some things you don't believe in. You, Lucas, hope that someone up there gives you enough mercy to give you a ride back home from what's hopefully just a bad dream. 

When suddenly:

You heard me. That's what you are, yet you can't seem to admit it. At least in your current position, that is.

Don't you want to get out of this endless loop of getting reminded about the accident? Crying in your sleep and then starting another, meaningless day of your life?

...Oh? You seem eager to accept my offer, don't you? Well... Every action has an equal opposite reaction.

You see, I've been eager to get out of the hopeless, boring worId that I live in. I've wanted to move on to the next for a while now.

I have always wanted to feel the... LOVE of your world, you know? It gets pretty lonely here. So, in order for me to let you go back in time...

Well, like I said, every action has its equal, opposite reaction.

That boy was easy to convince. Now comes the fun part.

I have finished tearing the village apart. The crybaby? He's with me on this.

I promised him that if we get to gather 500 souls here... I'll have enough power to bring everyone back in the end, including his beloved mother.

The only real challenge so far has been this... thief. While he was relatively frail, he seemed determined, dodging my attacks at first. But he was no real match at the end of the day.

This... this is where it begins. I almost feel like I'm with THEM again.
