SCENE: (Ke$ha sits up in the bleachers at the MASHUP WEEK HQ Gymnasium. Barkley casually practices shooting some hoops, trying out his new moves. Ke$ha hasn't exactly gotten... "attached" to her new form, yet.)

KE$HA: ... I can't go on like THIS... What'll the fans think of me? Sigh, I'm ruined...

(After a hearty SLAM!! echoes throughout the gym, the sentient B-Ball "Ballkley" happens to roll over next to Ke$ha.)

BALLKEY: Hey Ke$h! Why the long face?
KE$HA: It's the snout, isn't it..?
BALLKLEY: Oh, no! That's not what I meant at all!

(Ke$ha stares down at her feet thinking to herself. Ballkley feels bad.)

BALLKLEY: Hey, trust me, Ke$h, I know how that must feel. I mean, I didn't ask to be a ball, but y'know. Here we are, heh!

(Ke$ha's eyes try not to focus on Ballkley.)

BALLKLEY: Hey, you know what a little buddy of mine told me?
KE$HA: ..?
BALLKLEY: Sometimes, even the greatest players can come from the people you least expect. Hell, it could be a little kid in a dream! Or an wacky cartoon rabbit!! Or Pluto Nash!! ... What I'm saying is, JUST BECAUSE you became what you are now, it doesn't change a DAMN THING on the inside, girl.

(Ke$ha wipes a tear from her eye. Her expression beams in relief.)

KE$HA: Y-You mean it..?
BALLKLEY: I swear that I'm tellin' you the facts.

(Barkley interrupts by shattering the basket with a SWORD SLAM COMBO!!)

BARKLEY: C'MON AND SLAM!!

BALLKLEY: WOOP! THERE IT IS!!

(Ballkley looks up and smiles at Ke$ha.)

KE$HA: IT'S YOUR CHANCE, DO YOUR DANCE, AT THE SPACE JAM!!

ALL: ALRIGHT!!

(The three chant the rest of the Space Jam theme, happily. Er, well, Barkley does the best way he knows how.)
