Maximilian was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland, and has been deeply passionate about music from a young age. He began DJing at 14, at the height of the EDM and dubstep movements, immersing himself in the vibrant electronic music scene. His musical influences stretch across a variety of genres, from heavy metal to neo-classical sounds blended with minimalist electronic elements. In the spring of 2024, he took his passion further by starting to produce music as part of the DJ/producer duo CASISAM. Maximilian's unique style combines his technical expertise in DJing with his diverse musical inspirations, creating immersive and dynamic soundscapes that captivate audiences.

CASISAM is a Zurich based producer duo formed in the summer of 2024 by MASI and CASI. Their partnership grew from a shared obsession with sound design, technology, and a habit of dissecting an enormous amount of music across genres. That constant listening, combined with their technical backgrounds, shaped a production approach that moved from an early Afro House driven sound into the melodic, hypnotic house identity they carry today.

Their standout moment came with their debut release “In Your Head” with SABO LIMIT, which crossed 10,000 streams across all platforms and set the tone for their artistic direction.

The duo works as a split powerhouse. MASI brings their music to life on stage, DJing in Zurich at venues like Kaufleuten, Kraftwerk, and Secret Island, translating their productions into immersive sets. CASI focuses on the studio side, diving deep into synthesis, structure, and sonic detail, pushing their sound forward through precision and experimentation.

Still early in their journey, CASISAM is steadily building momentum, defined by a clear vision, sharp technical skills, and a shared drive to keep evolving.
