I'm addicted to trance music it's my passion and a massive part of my life!!

There's not a day that goes by, we're I have not listened to a trance set! i listen to trance mixes about 12 hours a day! as much as I'd love to comment on everyone's mixes, I can't. My soundcloud doesn't let me, but I will always like and share my instergram account. My favourite dj is craig connelly & my amazing & talented other half Rob Hamill ( give him a follow if you love your uplifting trance ). I love my classic trance and vocal uplifting trance!

RIXSON (Ricky) is an uplifting trance producer and DJ from the Midlands, UK, with a career that has spanned over two decades. Starting in the late '90s, Ricky has honed his craft and developed a distinctive sound characterized by soaring melodies, euphoric breakdowns, and driving basslines. Born in 1985, RIXSON's passion for uplifting trance began in 1999/2000, and since then, he has solidified his place in the genre, achieving multiple top 10 Beatport chart hits. Erwin Rietbergen (the man behind Rewintrance) was born in Utrecht, The Netherlands in 1969. Since an early age he listened to the weekly Soul Show and offcourse In The Mix by Ben Liebrand. After Ben’s first Grandmix in 1983 he knew for sure: this is what he wanted to do. Starting with just one turntable with pitchcontrol he learned the hard way. Many import records later, bought at the famous ‘Kareltje’ in Utrecht, he finally owned two Technics SL-1200. This gave a boost to his dj-skills. 
His first broadcoast on national radio was in 1988 in a program called ‘Dance Tracks’ (the follow up of Soul Show) with a remix of Michael Jackson’s Dirty Diana. More mixing skills were  broadcasted on the famous radioshow from Robin Albers (Jaydee), who promoted the Dutch DJ scene with ‘Avro’s Drie Maal Doordraai’. In 1992 Erwin (with the nickname DJ Dr Nameless) reached the finals of the Dutch House DJ Contest, together with Tijs Verwest (yes, Tiësto himself), DJ Pavo and winner DJ Ozonic. 
After working as a DJ in Spain in 1994 he came to a crossroad. Instead of following his heart, he chose for a more secure career with a better financial perspective. Time passes by, just like life, but his passion for mixing never faded. Instead of playing for big crowds, he now finds his audience online and from now and then at small parties. His broad taste for dance music varies between house, progressive and uplifting trance. As Rewintrance he tries to share the most important thing: his unconditional love for trance.
