Introducing Bohm. A truly exciting duo whose musical output is starting to take the world by storm. An eclectic act whose style is distinctive, powerful and individual, debuts on UGENIUS with this 4 track EP titled Digital Awakening. Opening up new horizons, the guys are synonymous with long sets and have a wide variety of music in their repertoire. They grew up listening to Hard House and 90 trance, which then transitioned into Melodic, Afro and Indie, and echo’s some of those unique sounds and interesting riffs that they grew up on.

The EP consisting of three 4x4 tracks in “Digital Awakening, Only Choice and The Edition” are dance floor stomper that consistently turn the dance floor on its head. Rounding out the release is “Response” which is a unique breakbeat record and stands on its own. All In all, we are very happy to have Bohm and know that this won’t be their first outing on UGENIUS.

Since their first meeting (after both becoming residents at the historically important club “Venus” in Nottingham), between them they spent the 90s’ with residencies at many of the decades seminal parties including the Gardening Club, Venus, Deluxe, The Bomb and Stealth, as well as making regular appearances at events such as Andrew Weatheralls’ “Sabresonic” parties, Ministry of Sound “Open All Hours”, Club UK, Voodoo, Malibu Stacey, Golden, Progress, Moneypennys and even guesting as tour DJs for Underworld and James.
Coyote officially came into being in 2004, when Timm and Ampo decided to start making music together. Since taking on the moniker, Coyote have had a wealth of releases and remixes on a huge array of labels including International Feel, Claremont 54, Ene, Nang, Needwant, Aficionado, RVNG International, Polydor, Phantasy, Rothmans, Tusk Wax and their own “Is it Balearic?” itself, for artists including Odyssey, Charles Webster, Claire Mcquire, Soft Rocks, Runaway, Jose Padilla, Connan Moccasin, Chris Coco, the Backwoods and many, many more.
 After the birth of Coyote, Is It Balearic? Recordings followed in 2007. Stephanie Hatfield invites us into the wonder of her life by shoving us head first into the back seat of a speeding car that is her music with Hot Mess.  A vessel of unfeigned guitars, vocals, sex and madness built upon empires of heartache and new-found love.

Stephanie was trained as an opera singer in college who worked her way into jazz, Broadway, folk and rock before finding Bill Palmer, Matt McClinton and Jason Aspeslet to join forces with for her debut album.  All members of Hot Mess have rock sensibilities stemming from various influences such as Nina Simone, The Rolling Stones, Ryan Adams, The Smiths and more.  The band was created in the studio when the members came together on January 1st, 2009. Since then, they have exploded into a local phenomenon and are planning national tour dates and recording their next album.

DARK is our new favorite with "Forever Suffer"

DARK is a new project that has just appeared in the dark wave, dark alternative scene.

DARK is coming from Hamburg, Germany and on June 15th, they unveiled their first ever song, via their official YouTube channel. "Forever Suffer" is a pure dark wave, dark synths arrangement, holding the cold and dark mood of its creator. Deep vocals, filling with mystery the atmosphere, while the rhythm moves to post punk line and synth melodies creates a haunted soundscape.

DARK has not revealed more details yet but it is certain that it is an interesting project with really dark sound. What we already know about DARK is that...
