Italian producers Giovanni Verrina and Germano Ventura, known also as Howl Ensemble, after releasing music in some of the most interesting labels on the market they decide to open a side project for their own taste of music, focusing on needs of djs and dancefloors. HOWL is funk and techno influenced groovy dancefloor materials on the higher level as usual.

A group up of artists dedicated to bringing back a piece of chicago that has otherwise been forgotten. Starting in the early 90's Soul Foundation parties became synonymies with that Deep Chicago House sound that became popular in the underground Loft scene and around the world.
