The "Shampoo Art Song" draws its text from the ingredients list of my everyday shampoo. It was an exercise in text setting, as well as creating momentum and drama through loosely structured nonsense. GOODNIGHT MOON Recitation

Event Horizon, composed in Fall of 2019, is a work for Solo Organ which traces the life cycle of a star. It opens with a massive depiction of the big bang before following the growth of a star over millions of years and its eventual collapse into a black hole.
