Musiq Soulchild has been one of my favourite singers since he debuted in 2000. His voice and songwriting skills are phenomenal. In my opinion, sobeautiful (how it's properly titled), is one of the best songs ever created. I wanted to try to turn this into a house song. Track is not being monetized.

Ever since 'I Wanna Be Down', I've loved Brandy's voice. She has so many amazing songs that I struggled to come up with one to do. I like this song but the main reason is it was the best quality acapella track of hers that I found. But I plan to do 'Full Moon' soon. Track is not being monetized.

It's been heartwarming to see her growth as an artist, chef, entrepreneur, etc. I had originally thought of mixing 'Song For The Baby' from 'Flesh Tone' but this song popped into my head and had to be the one. I wish Mya had more mainstream success than what she's had. Despite this, she's had a pretty prolific career. I saw her recently on a BET Awards segment honouring the music show 106 & Park. Seeing her reminded me of her greatness and I recalled how much I enjoy this song. Track is not being monetized.

This song never grows old to me. I love the beat, the vocal, the melody. Takes me back to the beginning of the 90s in a wonderfully nostalgic way. The vocal is a bit artifacted but I tried to clean it up as best as possible. Track is not being monetized.

This song will always remain one of my favourite 90s house / hip house songs. There are so many good tracks on their CD 'Changing Cabins'. I actually went with a hit this time (versus not doing an artist's signature tune like I normally do). Track is not being monetized.

Martha Wash is one of the greatest singers, ever! While she was rightfully credited for her work with Sylvester and Two Tons o' Fun. Her run of mainstream hits during the early 90s were shrouded in controversy because thinner singers/models lip synced to her vocals (Black Box, C&C Music Factory). Thankfully, that injustice came to light, a lawsuit ensued, from which she received acknowledgement and compensation for her work. I believe stemming from that lawsuit future artists were required to be credited for their work. She released a solo album of work after that which contains so many fantastic songs. 'Carry On' and 'Give It To You' are my favourites from it. I opted to mix the latter. Track is not being monetized.
