cant believe i didnt cover this song sooner lmao i love it so much
figured id cover this song for my birthday since its one of my favourites from GHOST
the story the song tells is so good and interesting
it was also super fun to tune, even if synthv was giving me so many problems fhufjdik
but honestly mixing this was even more fun, playing around with different effects and cuts to make it sound more unsettling and creepy
the harmonies in the "black and white and" part and the final chorus make me ascend
i also wanted to make a custom pv for it, with some custom art
i did try my hand at making gore art tho so it wont be for everyone fgyhufjdik

you might be wondering why i used a lite bank instead of one of my full ones
this cover was made for Kazumi's 15th Vocal Synth Contest, and the theme is to cover a song from any diva/mirai game with the free version of a paid vocal synth, so i chose maki lite
i didnt expect to like her as much as i did but she sounds so good
mixing this was expectedly hell, but i like how it turned out
i also lowered the key to -4 for it to fit her range and i like how it sounds
