Heart Of It

This is a song about facing your ego and coming home to your deepest spiritual self. It is a reflection on my early 20's when I was searching for answers and trying to heal from my own anxiety and depression. It became apparent that we all need to focus on our own healing and not blame others for the pain in our lives. You have to stay true to your path, keep your heart from growing numb, and always remember that you’re never alone.
