     Howdy everyone and I hope everyone had a great Labor Day, without laboring of course!😂 This is another of my instrumentals, which actually had lyrics but the vocals were not recorded too well so I made it into an instrumental. It's about having that Las Vegas experience which I'm sure nobody can afford anymore with this economy unless you're a billionaire! I've been to Vegas many times and most times I've lost, hence the title "Lost Wages"! I'm not a gambler, so when I lose a couple of hundred dollars I start sweating profusely!!😂 It's a fast paced song and I played like a boogie-woogie synthesizer on it and a rock guitar. Charlie played a groovy harmonica on it too! I've decided to drop an instrumental and a cover song every month from now on besides my normal songs and videos.      The video was a lot of fun to put together and it's all about Las Vegas, the gambling, the show girls, the drinking, the excesses, pretty decadent stuff! There's is a lot of eye-candy here for the grown-ups to enjoy! It drops tomorrow on YouTube! The original song with lyrics was called "My Neck Of The Woods" so if Charlie and I rerecord the vocals, I'll make a video of it as well. I hope everyone enjoys this song and video and remember, don't gamble unless you can afford to lose a ton of money and are rich because it is an addiction! Last time we went to Las Vegas, back before the pandemic, it was for about a week and all we saw were the shows and never gambled, that was my favorite trip because I didn't lose a dime! But guess what? We're going back to Las Vegas in December 2025 to watch the new "Wizard Of Oz" spectacular in The Sphere! Check out the clips on YouTube, it's really mind-blowing! No gambling!! Introduction in English:

People often tell me that when they are with a loved one who is about to die, they feel particularly close to them. 
Sometimes, in such moments, the history of their relationship flashes before their eyes. 
Some report reaching a deeper peace with the person in question shortly before their death. Often, the dying say things they have never been able to say in their lifetime. For example, a father who, shortly before his death, is able to tell his daughter for the first and only time that he has always loved her.
Many of those left behind tell me that they did not want to let the dying person go, but that they somehow realized that they had to let go of their loved one so that they could pass away as peacefully as possible; that they could not “die with them,” but had to continue living alone. 
And it is not uncommon for those who are approaching death to tell their accompanying relatives that they should continue to live well and in peace.
All of these stories inspired me to write the song “Mourir (Dying).” And as always, for such fundamental existential experiences, I choose the language that best expresses these radical moments of transition: French.

Scaradh anama le corp (Separation of body from soul)

Recorded in 2021. remastered.  I have to have a new way to play the piano. My sister and my son are doing that. They are working out a way to bring the piano to my hospital bed. I can no longer sit up, even in my powerchair. It's too uncomfortable and hard to breathe. I don't have functioning back or abdominal muscles, and I can't lift my head off my chest unless In laying back. Only my arms and hands are semi-functioning. My thumbs are going bad. I can't pull a zipper. I won't be able to play as well and I don't know how I'll work the sustain pedal - but I'll do my best! 😊🎶🎹🎶
