Written, recorded, and edited from various basements, couches, bathrooms, and cars that doubled as bedrooms "Insert Catchphrase Here:" is the freshman outing for Rosemount rapper (Lead Singer of Saving Vinyl City) Ner-D. 

With all the beats (sans one piano led mashup and one cover) coming from free youtube producers this mixtape sets out to evoke the emotions a young rapper might experience trying to break into a genre that seems "much too cool and sexy" for a nerdy black kid from a small town to handle. 

Ner-D's fun, whimsical, and often chaotic approach to rap is a stylistic nesting doll with a new layer to by found with each repeat listen. At the same time Ner-D has moments that reaches down into the more subtle and somber questions of both fame and oppertunities not taken a long the way. 

"Insert Catchphrase Here:" has been a labor of love for over a year and is finally here to be brought to the Millions (or more likely dozen) Ner-D fans around the world.....once he figures out a cool enough catchphrase that is

~ What happens when you take a comic book enthusiast, pro wrestling mark, and over all geeky individual and throw him in a Rap cypher.

Born Zachary Henry Bailey in Chicago, IL. Although he would do a few year stint in Indianapolis and eventually a majority of his life in Memphis. Zachary started to do poems during middle school and dabble in rap through high school. And went under the moniker Dr.Bravdo due to his aspirations of going to the medical field.It was a sense of escape at times.  Enjoying the discography of George Dukes, Three 6 Mafia, MF Doom, Scarface, Wu-Tang,  Clan , War and most notably Del The Funky Homosapien. In his early raps, concepts were strongly influenced by horrorcore, racial violence and morbid imagery. This would be reinforced by the death of his Grandmother and murder of his cousin back Indiana. After completing high school, Zachary headed back to Chicago and studied at DePaul University and UIC. But was not fruitful due to finances. Yet, this disappointment spawned a new monkier inspired by blaxploitation and love of vocabulary, Leroy Curriculum. At the time, his family was settling St Paul and Minneapolis. As a result, he had to connect back with his family. Also to remedy the desire for education, Leroy enlisted in the Army in 2016. Now utilizing social media , musical passion and a studious work ethic, Leroy Curriculum strives to make an indelible impact in hip hop through lyricism
