Murtagh brings a dazzling second EP to Colorize - this is 'Windswept / Close To You'. 

Continuing a trend from the brilliantly produced 'Rush / Leaving' released at the end of 2019, the Irish producer opens the release with sumptuous Prog House belter and follows up with a pared down Ambient closer. 'Windswept' features lusciously crunchy percussion and delicate arps which give the track an undeniably groovy momentum, and 'Close To You' is a sombre, delicate and well-constructed counterpoint that proves Murtagh's versatility as a producer.

We are glad to welcome Mexican melodic creator SixthSense to Summer Melody, having been a fan of his releases on other labels, we are excited to have a new track Doncella on the label, as well as remixes from a label regular Marcel Vautier and two debutants: Greece-based veteran Fiben and Russian-based Limetra.

Doncella resembles with the name of the city La Doncella, from the home country of SixthSense, Mexico, which his original shows its beautiful view and cityscape, uptempo beats and his wonderfully placed vocal chops, as well as delicate melodies from the guitar, arp and chords. Summer vibes and passionate atmosphere are both conveyed in this original. Becoming a regular on the label, Marcel Vautier delievers the remix in another key, yet more soothing and lush than the original. The remix provides chills toward the hot temperature of summer, melodies and chords flows with the soothing and widen pads and reverbed vocal chops, as well as providing a new melody and a new approach.

This release also invites two debutants, starting with Fiben, who has been releasing on labels, such as Progressive House Worldwide, Soluna Music and Plasmapool's 12.inch.recordings, his productions as a veteran are mostly mesmerising. The remix has a rolling drumbeat with cosmic-like atmospheric synth pads, that this interpretation is more trance-like yet remains with the melodic goodness at the same time. On the other hand, we also welcome Limetra with an uplifting progressive remix. With a more club-oriented approach, solid drumbeat and bassline are paired with delayed chords, elevates with the wonderful original melody and vocal chops. Definitely perfect for this summer!

Airdeep - Silver Lining (Skua Remix) [ESH223]

Multi-platinum selling producer, composer, musician, and DJ, Matt Lange challenges categorization; equipped with an instinctual ear for creating music and an insatiable drive to explore the aural spectrum.

Lange’s career began working alongside multi-instrumentalist and producer Brian Transeau (BT), co-producing the album "These Hopeful Machines," earning him a Grammy Award-nomination in 2011. Matt then went on to co-write and produce Glenn Morrison’s "Goodbye (feat. Islove)" which was nominated as Dance Recording of the Year at the 2015 Juno Awards and later hit double platinum. Most recently, Lange was a producer on the Thirty Seconds To Mars album "AMERICA," which debuted #2 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

An adept music composer, and sound designer, Lange has created and licensed works for the blockbuster films Ready Player One, Blade Runner 2049, Deadpool 2, The Fast & Furious 8, and Transformers: The Last Knight along with video game franchises Counter-Strike Global Offensive, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, and DOTA II.

As an artist, Matt Lange has released records with some of the most influential electronic dance music labels in the industry such as Anjunabeats, mau5trap, and Armada and has performed across esteemed venues and festivals like Output, Sound Nightclub, Ministry of Sound, TomorrowWorld, EDC, and SXSW. Unburdened by genre and trends, the signature of Lange’s work is the relentless devotion to pushing music into the future.

Matt is also the host of Tap Tempo, a podcast which features insightful interviews with peers and collaborators ranging from A-list composers to DJs and includes artists from all backgrounds.
