Estamos muy contentas de presentar al siguiente artista que viene a formar parte de nuestra serie de podcasts, DJ/Productor Argentino con mucha trayectoria en la escena.

Volpe es un respetado artista argentino con más de una década de experiencia. Su pasión por el Techno se encendió cuando tenía solo 15 años y pudo experimentar el género en su verdadera forma, a través de clubes clandestinos y poderosos sistemas de sonido. Como DJ, su carrera inicial se centró principalmente en subgéneros como Deep y Detroit, seguidos de experimentación en Dub, Tribal y Hardgroove. Siempre ha tenido como objetivo transmitir un sentido de armonía, energía y emoción a través de su música, con preferencia por los ritmos bailables. Las raíces artísticas de Volpe están impregnadas de las ricas tradiciones del Jazz, imbuidas de sus complejas estructuras de acordes y armonización, mezcladas con los ritmos del Funk y la sensación del swing, impregnadas de texturas Dub Reggae llenas de eco, reverberación y phaser, y también profundamente enraizado en el pulso rítmico del Afrobeat. Se ve a sí mismo como una síntesis de sus influencias e inspiraciones musicales. Como residente de la escena electrónica underground de Buenos Aires, se ha establecido como una figura destacada en la comunidad techno local, actuando regularmente en los mejores clubes y fiestas de la ciudad. También ha obtenido reconocimiento por sus producciones, que se han lanzado en sellos prestigiosos como Frenzy, Sungate, Artaphine, Mitsubasa y UИCAGE. Su talento ha obtenido el apoyo de figuras notables en la escena techno, incluidos Ben Sims, Jeroen Search, DJ Bone, Rødhad y muchos otros. Volpe ahora tiene su sede en Berlín y continúa con sus presentaciones internacionales, mientras que también está preparando su nuevo live set y lanzando su propio sello musical. We are very happy to present the next artist that will be part of our podcast series, an Argentine DJ/Producer with a long history on the scene.

Volpe is a respected Argentine artist with more than a decade of experience. His passion for Techno was ignited when he was only 15 years old and he was able to experience the genre in its truest form, through underground clubs and powerful sound systems. As a DJ, his early career focused primarily on subgenres like Deep and Detroit, followed by experimentation in Dub, Tribal, and Hardgroove. He has always aimed to convey a sense of harmony, energy and emotion through his music, with a preference for danceable rhythms. He sees himself as a synthesis of his musical influences and inspirations. As a resident of Buenos Aires' underground electronic scene, he has established himself as a leading figure in the local techno community, regularly performing at the city's best clubs and parties. He has also gained recognition for his productions, which have been released on prestigious labels such as Frenzy, Sungate, Artaphine, Mitsubasa and UИCAGE. His talent has garnered support from notable figures in the techno scene, including Ben Sims, Jeroen Search, DJ Bone, Rødhad and many others. Volpe now has his headquarters in Berlin and continues to perform internationally with him, while he is also preparing his new live set and launching his own music label.

Damned if i know how Xian did it, but in 91, The powerhouse Museum in sydney had a W-Industries setup, and he approached them re a song to promote the installation.
Money?  Na…
But.. 3 hrs or so playing Dactyl Nightmare before the public had access…
Oh….My…. God…….
There and then…  i know what the gaming future would be… just took almost 30 or so years to make it into my lounge room…

And that  is how this song was born.

(Apologies for the less than good audio.. had to do some serious cleaning because of the SVHS drop outs)
