Evosonic Radio was the world's first independent radio station for electronic music, which could be received via cable and satellite from 1997 to 1999. 
Evosonic Radio did not submit to the conventions of format radio, but gave its music editors and DJs a lot of freedom. 
This concept, unique in Germany, won the "German Dance Award" in the "Best Medium" category in January 2000. Chris-Maico Schmidt aka Mike S., who was responsible for the music played most of the time as program director, accepted this award. 15 years later he founded Evosonic Records. Today, as then, Chris-Maico Schmidt makes sure that the label does not submit to any conventions and that his artists have the freedom that is indispensable for the one same goal: high musical quality - then as now.

He was resident DJ at OZ-Stuttgart, Cave Club-Salzburg. Co-owner of Delirium Record Shop, Stuttgart. He currently lives in Cologne, Germany.

Remotion are an electronic music duo based in Porto, Portugal. They’ve started making music under this alias in 2012 focusing on the deep and melodic techno vibes, with an energetic twist and aiming straight to the dance floor.

The duo has played in some of the best clubs in Portugal such as Pacha Ofir, Gare Porto, Industria Club and shared the stage with internationally acclaimed artists like Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, Pan-Pot, Jeff Mills, Monika Kruse, DVS1, Paul Ritch, Pig & Dan, Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Len Faki, Christian Smith, Ida Engberg, Alan Fitzpatrick - to name a few.

In 2010 Remotion co-founded a record label - Sync Forward - alongside the Portuguese artists and their personal friends, Monotronik. Later on, the label solidified its position in the electronic scene, with the creation of the event signature "BLUR", leading to a monthly residence in a variety of venues featuring the closest artists to the label.

2016 started off by signing 4 tracks on the well-known label Elevate, having one of them - Lucy - featured on Pig & Dan’s Essential Mix, on BBC Radio One.

Their driving DJ sets also hit the same score. Zakari&Blange combine energetic tracks and dizzying suspense into an uncompromising journey into the world of techno, staying true to themselves and their characteristic sound.
Events like the Grenzenlos or SeaYou Festival go hand in hand with successful gigs in clubs like Lehmann Club in Stuttgart, the legendary Tresor or Ritter Butzke in Berlin as well as Rakete in Nuremberg. Since 2016, Zakari&Blange make crowds go crazy with their residency in Hans Bunte Areal in their hometown of Freiburg. Since 2017, they are represented by the agency Lehmann and look forward to many international gigs in 2018, such as Mayday in Dortmund, at Melkweg in Amsterdam and at Nordstern in Basel. Since 2010, Canal Auditif succeeded in offering a quality alternative within the sphere of electronic musics in France, knocking down musical taxonomies by constantly putting forward new trends.
