Introducing their first release on Dispatch, we welcome the trio Kolectiv, Dexta & Mauoq to our Dispatch LTD imprint for “The Roots EP”; presenting a selection of no-nonsense, sub-pulsated tracks in a deftly constructed package.

Comprised of four dark & brooding escapades into the abyss, built largely upon a stripped-back framework, superior levels of space allow for imagination to wonder in the lower frequencies. With each track confidently shying away from the common ‘rules’ of arrangement, we’re constantly kept guessing with each passing corner and without prompts, whether it’s a shuffle into half-time tempo at interludes, or stomping and lashing back in suddenly from an often sparse or cinematic breakdowns.

A finely tuned EP from a group of promising producers, expect to hear more from these guys on Dispatch again soon. This release is also lovingly dedicated by the crew and ourselves at the label to Emre Serter, father of one of Kolectiv’s members that sadly passed away recently. Emre, this one’s for you.

Runout has provided a three-track collection as the inaugural release for Inception Audio 2024.Deep, roomy sounds and construction are interspersed throughout the Compound EP. For those that enjoy music with a little more depth, the entire EP has a deep, multi-layered story. 

Compound
This is intricate, combining elements and experimenting with the slow/fast nature of halftime drum beats. The gritty, moaning bass and the unsettling FX hits, keeping the song's energy high. It produces a moving musical journey.

Mode Master
Darker themes abound, with dramatic synthesiser work and intricate percussion taking the stage before basslines and thundering drums descend. This is a profound adventure that delves into the experimental side.

So Real
A spooky, atmospheric opening with ominous soundscapes and bass stabs is soon joined by intermittent drum rhythms to create a crescendo. This song is the epitome of Runout's signature sound,with its eerie atmosphere and clever use of drums.

Mastermind DNB - Inside The Eclipse EP

Based out of Leon, Mexico, Viewer brings the heat once again to Smooth N Groove with another epic release. Back in 2018 Smooth N Groove received their first demos from Viewer, quickly followed up by his first release 'Spectre' EP. Fast forward five years and a further four releases on the imprint, including his 'First Date' LP. Viewer continues to make his mark on the scene with releases on well established labels, from the likes of L.A based Soul Deep Recordings, JazzSticks, Celsius, and ongoing support from LTJ Bukem, London Electricity, Ray Keith and Doc Scott to name a few. 

The 'Acapulco' EP showcases Viewer's latest productions and those all important signature flavours. Featuring two solo tracks, a remix of 
Fantom Grooves, Fiama and a jazz, funk infused collaboration alongside fellow countryman, Neztic. Brimming with intoxicating vibes throughout the 'Acapulco' EP is a must have.
