That Lizabeth was swallowing Boo

And you raised its sail
And we set out to sea. 

But Elizabeth won’t like it,
And will swim to our boat,
And our little excursion,
Will be breathless at most,
And Boo will our captain,
And you will be our liege,
And we’ll have a great time together,
In the middle of the sea.

might be about general regrets or old loves or even international grievances or just something like what Sir Paul sang "Fixing a hole..." but in this case it's NOT Fixing A Hole...!
