The man behind the techno orientated project "Villa Violet" is no other than Marco Scherer. The German-based Dj & Producer who hardly has left his studio since 1997, is always on the hunt for new and unheard sounds, transforming them into his arcane signature sound. Marco Scherer is with projects like "Datacult" very successful within the progressive psytrance genre, 

But also as "Villa Violet" Marco Scherer had already releases on legendary german techno imprint "Harthouse Records". the legendary label founded by non other than techno god "Sven Väth" himself.

Beside of all that Marco Scherer is also a writer for the German music magazine BEAT and sound designer. so without any doubt a passionate and well educated child of the oder electronic music scene.

Here you listen to an interpretation by "Hardy Heller & Alex Connors". to define the musical genre of this remix by them is quiet hard for us as it includes elements out of the techno universe but also some out of the traditional old school house world... but weather it sounds like techno or house to you... we hope you like what you hear !

Riccicomoto 
is an Ibiza based producer with his own radio show on Ibiza Global Radio. He is known for his atmospheric dub techno and cineastic
sound, preparing an album release on his own now on Big Al´s “Ready Mix Records” this summer.

STR3E
The classically trained Saïd Daghelfi aka STR3E  (pronounced S3)
is an artist from the north of France. After playing for many years live in various nu-jazz & electronic bands in Lille & Paris, 
he started the downtempo project IËLO with many quality releases in all its sub genres. STR3E reflects his love for modern moody electronica.

Ariora
The greek artist Aiora has released on labels like PFL, Existence and Timewarp as well as on Ritchie Hawtins Minus Records after winning a remix competition for one of Hawtins songs.
Besides his musical career the Crete born music producer is running the stylish cocktail bar Kolokotroni 9 in Athens, hosting live Dj sets every other day. 
For his interpretation of Hiraeth he explores the darker vibes of his techno universe combined with african drum sounds.

Chris Zippel
aka CRSZPL is an electronic veteran music producer from Berlin who has worked with an impressive variety of well-known artists, including Pet Shop Boys, Klaus Schulze, Jose Padilla, Norah Jones, SNAP, Steve Lawler, Marmion, Namito and Vincent Littlehat.
His remix starts with a deephouse vibe, introducing later a reprogramming of a famous 90s acid bassline.

The forthcoming EPs will be linked to different characters from Galician history and mythology, as with this second release, 'Mouras EP'. This dualistic vision of past-future is one of the germinal signs of IOR, where Roi's hefty, opaque and point-blank Techno merges hand by hand with mythological and magical chapters from a remote place at the end of the Earth."
