It also contains solfeggio frequency 396hz for "Liberating Guilt and Fear". It is in the Low-Alpha 8hz range which is linked to the root chakra, along with 396hz and 99hz. With a potent full moon upon us I figured it might be a good time to share a humble offering that I have been working on lately. It represents a conversation I had with the moon over a period of a few nights. It is definitely a slight departure for me, but from the heart and soul none the less. This is the first track I have compiled from the ground up in 432hz tuning (not a tune created in 440hz then re pitched to 432hz). It just seemed appropriate so I went with it. I am not sure if this tune is finished or what but consider it a moon meditation. I hope you enjoy the full moon. Sound of Rain

The birds here were recorded in Port Townsend, WA.  I also added the singing bowl and binaural beats later.  Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat.  The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur.  This works best with headphones and is useful for meditation or relaxation.  In this case I created three binaural beats. Each section is 10 minutes long and the beginnings are marked with the hits of the singing bowl. The tone is C 256 hz.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress.  In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.
