In the before times, there was an amazing party put on by Pezzner called Epic. This party featured one DJ all night long. I had the honor to helm the ship at one of them.

Had the opportunity to put together a guest mix for Jeno's Noise From The Void radio show (which can be heard here every full moon: http://mixlr.com/jenovoid/).  Jeno and the legendary Wicked Crew are largely responsible for my being a DJ today as well as the formation of Innerflight Music (http://www.innerflight.com/) through their renown parties and music.  Without Jeno and the Wicked Crew, there would probably be no Kadeejah Streets.  Here  lies the fruits of my labor.  

Buckle up and enjoy.... it's a long ride through to the other side of the void.

Somehow their releases have only managed to get better as time goes on. Every month we'll hop aboard our spaceship and search the galaxy to discover fresh and exciting sounds for the people of earth. When cruising through deep space, nothing is more important than a co-pilot. Olivia Bee is an ace at the controls. She’s strong enough to pull the ears off a gundark. When it comes down to it spaceship Tremulant would have been space dust if not for her quick mixing skills and knowledge of audio exploration.

Olivia Bee is a DJ/producer who found her niche in Seattle's underground electronic scene in 2010, relied on as consistent dancefloor presence at the least. Raised amidst the varietal nature of music in Seattle, a unique flavor surfaces in her work bringing forth more than your typical dance tracks. Although mainly working with deep and minimal styles of house and techno, notes of blues, dub, rock, etc. are also carefully selected and woven into the basis of her DJ sets, as well as her production.

Olivia has assimilated much of her music-related knowledge by partnering with established local house/techno musicians and labels who have guided her through her budding passion. Meanwhile, her inspirations have expanded far from her hometown with major influences and connections out of Germany, Romania, Mexico and Spain.

She currently resides in Seattle, remaining involved in the electronic music and arts scene, while also managing Tremulant with her music partner, Joe Bellingham.

Solid Steel (14th June) This week on Solid Steel there's a definite African feel to the set list. Strictly Kev kicks things off with a mix of music he calls 'Afreaka'. Percussion heavy funk with a tribal feel, from Madlib sample grabs to Malcolm McLaren or Eno & Byrne's imagined ethnic soundscapes. For part two we welcome Melt Yourself Down into the guest slot for a whole world fusion of flavours from Ali Hassan Kuban to the Mad Decent stable.
