Do you ever wakeup feeling like you know exactly how the day will go, and that today is going to be exactly like yesterday, and the day before, and the day before and so on? We're going to first have a 15 minute discussion on setting your mind free and opening back up to potential and possibility. We're going to do this from a spiritual AND a science-based perspective. And then we're going to do a 13 minute guided meditation that will help you to feel rejuvenated, connected to your natural sense of movement and change, and to the lightness that is on the opposite side of these feelings.
