We celebrates its 40th reference, with a round EP titled “Time” by the Mexican DJ living in France, LEONOR. He has released on several labels and his music has reached top positions on Beatport and Juno. Now LEONOR returns with a sonic journey that skillfully fuses elements of disco, electro and techno.

The title track, “Time,” sets the tone for her with its most hypnotic rhythms and enveloping melodies that evoke a feeling of constant movement through time. "Educate" keeps us in suspense, with its energetic mix of synths and infectious rhythms that invite the listener to immerse themselves in the atmosphere. “Prince of Watusi,” a collaboration with Neskeh, adds an extra layer of depth with its mix of futuristic sounds and mysterious atmospheres. The remixes of "Time" and "Educate" by Gameboyz and Diskontrol respectively, add a twist to the original songs, offering a pyrotechnic, overwhelming and exciting performance.

After the wild success of Dina Summer’s first bouquet of remixes from their latest album Girls Gang, they return with fresh cuttings.

First up are Boys’ Shorts—the Greek DJ/producer duo comprised of Vangelis (formerly of LAGASTA) and electronic artist Tareq. The pair have toured Europe and the US, performing at some of the most renowned club venues such as Berghain and E1. Their hyped, dance-ready sets blend elements of disco, slow techno, and acid house into a unique and distinct sound.

They take Promise Me and rip it from its roots as an early goth, coldwave track steeped in archaic gothic romance, then prune and propagate it into a futuristic house track—replanting it in a digital dimension. Boys’ Shorts use the chorus as the core element, and as Curses’ luxurious, decadent vocals unfurl, they spruce it up into a dance edit with shimmering snares, a bouncier bassline, and 4/4 drum patterns reminiscent of the Roland 808.

Premiered here, Roliva’s rework of the title track takes Fausto’s original and reshapes it into a blistering, acid-laden weapon. Roliva (SXDNS379) strips down the elements and reassembles them with a fiercer, more primal edge, amplifying the theme’s intensity while preserving its muscular core. Jagged synth lines slice through pounding percussion, creating a relentless groove built for dark, sweat-drenched rooms. Mel Souler - Transmutation [RITMO FUTURO]

It’s twins! Following the birth of his first child, and a failed (yet noble) bid for the Papacy, Bawrut returns with Papa Bawrut Part 2, the second holy chapter in his ongoing musical sermon. While fatherhood may have brought sleepless nights, it’s also delivered wild inspiration, with this EP offering up a brace of fearless, genre-defying cuts.

Leading the release is La Notte, a creative late-night jam inspired by an hypnotic performance of “Klan” by Italian pop star Mahmood. “I had forgotten how amazing the the repetition of ‘La Notte’ sounded, so I used it as the foundation for the track,” Bawrut explains. “Because when do we all come together to dance? La Notte, of course.”

Next up is Vibracall, a bold middle finger to lazy nostalgia. “A lot of club music today sounds like it’s stuck in the year 2000,” says Bawrut. “If I’m going to use the past, I want something iconic.” Enter: the vibration tone from the first-gen cell phones. Reimagined, repurposed, and flipped.

Closing the EP is a deeper, darker reinterpretation of La Notte from Irish producer and friend Hammer. With bubbling synths, ghostly vocal textures, and precise percussion, it adds a moody exhale to Bawrut’s high-energy offering.

Papa Bawrut Part 2 is untamed, unpredictable, and undeniably him.

Melomana Records marks its 50th release with an EP that reinforces its commitment to the dancefloor and cutting-edge sound. The release is led by Díaz Tech, a Mexican producer with over 15 years of experience, known for his exploration of psychedelic, acid-infused, and raw textures. His music blends digital and analog sounds with organic elements including his own vocals creating a fusion between retro and contemporary aesthetics, drawing influences from indie dance, EBM, and techno.

In this new EP, Díaz Tech delivers two original tracks rooted in electro and EBM, characterized by a hypnotic, dark, and highly functional energy designed for the club, yet rich in sonic identity.
The release is completed by two distinctive remixes. Panka Panka contributes an acidic and raw reinterpretation that amplifies the original’s rave pulse. Meanwhile, Martín Noise and Javier Ferreira deliver a breakbeat remix with funky touches, bringing a fresh and versatile perspective to the EP.
