Recently i watched dtph after a long long time and i didn't really connect or feel it. It has really good songs from romantic to fun dance numbers. It covers every palette that you would typically expect of that time. I would remember this movie more for its song than its story. The repeated jokes of fatty and some of the scenes between Rahul n Nisha took me out of the experience. I really liked how Rahul and Pooja met, the tease n glimpses they followed for two characters meeting. Scenes between Rahul and Pooja were good but in the context of whole movie it didn't really feel much. The last 20-30 min felt super rushed imo trying to conclude in those last 5 min. Commercial signage is another bird lure, for birds love to build nests in these areas warmed by electric bulbs. The same holds true for rooftop AC units, solar panels and other rooftop structures.

At the moment, I'm learning Las Abejas (Barrios) on my steel-stringed guitar, and I think I'm progressing well, but I'm worried that not using nylon strings will pose a limit to the speed at which I can play the piece.


So; is it unheard of to play classical guitar with steel strings? Is there a general methodology for plucking one should use? Are there any examples of classical guitarists using steel strings? Am I wasting my time?


I don't think you are wasting your time, but as you mention it might be harder to pluck the strings with your right hand fingers since the tendency will be for the fingers to slip off the strings. One option is to use "silk and steel" strings. Several companies make this type of string specifically for finger-picking players. One of my guitar students has started using them and they sound really good. They have a bright sound but they are much easier on the hands (right as well as left).


For a piece like "The Bees" by Augustin Barrios, since you are playing so many notes I think it may help to plant the right hand fingers on the strings whenever possible. Planting the right hand fingers involves putting a group of fingers down on the strings all at the same time, and then peeling off the fingers one at a time. You can use this technique when you are going "forward" (towards the floor), but not really when going backward, or playing the strings towards the ceiling. If the file you got from Phil is alcohol120_fe_2.0.3.9811.exe, it's for later Windows versions. The last 98SE compatible version is 1.9.5.3105, and I think it's 30-day shareware only, as their ad-sponsored "Free Edition" started later. The full license they sell now is still good for the old version, although a bit costly.


PlayStation is really a big problem because of multitrack cddas, tracks with errors, libcrypt protection, different versions and so on. Well, i decided to use ccd/img/sub (to make possible storing libcrypt protection) for all my psx backups, but i noticed differences on different software such as clonecd, alcohol120%, imgburn on pregaps, errors and cuesheets. monotrack cds with errour count=0 never gave me problems. for libcrypt protection i added it manually hexediting the sub file with sectors gave on redump instead of dumping from my discs (i tried also sbi2sub utility but seems to generate altered data in the last sectors of sub file, maybe it's the pregap?). so i create my monotrack backup files generating a bin with any software, then creating a cuesheet with imgburn, mounting the disc on a virtual drive, then create a ccd/img/sub from that with clonecd, last if libcrypted game editing sub with sbi2sub. So the data and the libcrypt is not the problem.

Their is a problem when burning audio cds, your drive will adjust the files slightly to do with the drive offset, meaning when you read in your backup the audio will be slightly shifted by a few bytes, you can correct this, by working out how many bytes your burning drive shifts the audio on a burnt disc. Once you have that amount (x) you can adjust the audio by x but in the opposite direction before you burn, So when you burn and x is applied you get the audio exactly right. Then when you read your backups the audio will no be shifted.

Aided by highly favorable conditions, the storm rapidly intensified, attaining super cyclonic storm intensity on 28 October, before peaking on the next day with winds of 260 km/h (160 mph) and a record-low pressure of 912 mbar (hPa; 26.93 inHg). The storm maintained this intensity as it made landfall on Odisha on 29 October. The cyclone steadily weakened due to persistent land interaction and dry air, remaining quasi-stationary for two days before slowly drifting offshore as a much weaker system; the storm dissipated on 4 November over the Bay of Bengal.


Although the storm organized into a tropical cyclone in the Andaman Sea, the origins of the 1999 Odisha cyclone can be traced back to an area of convection that began developing in the Sulu Sea on 21 October.[note 3] Despite some signs of development, wind shear suppressed outflow and prevented any significant organization. Tracking westward, the disturbance encountered a more favorable environment in the South China Sea; as a result, thunderstorm activity began to increase. Prompted by these changes, the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) issued a Tropical Cyclone Formation Alert (TCFA) at 02:00 UTC on 23 October. However, the system failed to develop any further before wind shear reemerged in the Gulf of Thailand, causing convection to diminish and resulting in the cancellation of the TCFA. On 24 October, the storm crossed the Malay Peninsula and moved into the Andaman Sea by 03:00 UTC on the following day. Although the environment remained moderately unfavorable for tropical cyclogenesis, the disturbance organized, developing fair outflow, a strong rainband, and additional convection.[2] At 06:00 UTC on 25 October,[1] the system became a tropical depression while centered 550 km (340 mi) east of Port Blair.[6] As such, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) designated the system as
