A long-time friend of Goldie and a staple of the Nordic dance music scene, Agzilla’s eclectic debut album is set for release this February.

Blurring the lines between the rough with the smooth and delving into various genres including jungle and drum & bass as well as leftfield techno, house and bass music, ‘Cats Can Hear Ultrasound’ is a genuine melting pot of contrasting sounds covering a diverse range of BPMs.

The album sampler is headlined by remixes from OneMind and Kid Drama who both deliver their own exquisite take on Agzilla’s music, with the full digital package containing a further 9 original creations.

The Metalheadz back catalogue features almost every major figure in the history of drum and bass, and is one of the most innovative labels out there, consistently crossing boundaries with its releases since 1994. The labels output continues to showcase a maturing genre of music that displays influences from reggae, hip-hop, house and techno with highly-sophisticated and intricately-produced tracks, contrary to the image of the music that is typically presented by the mass media.

Releasing music from some of the biggest names out there whilst at the same time pushing and letting new talent break through are the reasons why Metalheadz continues to stay at the forefront of electronic music.

The Metalheadz label was also the driving force behind the seminal Sunday Session Club Nights, which achieved legendary status at London's Blue Note club. Today, Metalheadz club nights are often sell outs with the label also regularly hosting stages at some of the biggest festivals across the world.

Born in eastern Poland, rraph treads the dark, deep soundscapes of techno. 
Since his debut release in 2013 on Translucent, he has count many others on the likes of Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Counter Pulse, Subraum and of course his base, Gynoid Audio. Associated with the project since its launch, rraph contributes as an A&R and also immensely as an artist signing acclaimed work such as the Eseries EP which includes a Kwartz Remix or the Syndykat EP. He has also been quite prolific in providing remixes as well as tracks for various compilations. 
During the past years rraph has performed both live and as a DJ in renowned clubs around Europe such as Tresor and Arena in Berlin, Corsica Studios in London or Le Batofar in Paris. Since 2015 rraph has been a member of Warsaw-based Behind the Stage collective and is also a co-creator of träume, an event series taking place in his hometown of Lublin.
