Because to be, to evolve or to exist in unpolluted way; equipped with a DNA-narrative, from a pre-mutated space dust particle, the seed of all existence, the mega-source —- The Universe. Form and matter architect, total collector of energies, the reason for life and decay.

'Harmony in Chaos' in infinitum and always in tandem. The two mega-forces working on par. Without any hate but not in love. Their parasitic symbiosis is neither an ebb nor a flow. The existence of dust particles in space and time —- mutating, evolving.

It is of an utter importance to once again tune in and observe the nature which radiates from within us. From the very fabric of our close surroundings, and from afar, far beyond the abyss ~

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new video from Marek Nalikowski. “Hack The Fear” comes off the new EP of the same name out on Warsaw’s BTS. This is the Polish producers debut EP and it contains three originals and three remixes from the likes of ISNT, Abu Zeinah, and Piotr Figiel. Today we host the video for the title track which is a menacing mechanical work of cyber grooves and psychedelic energy. The accompanying clip picks up on these vibes for a similar visual trip.

The Berlin based DJ and producer has been making music since 2000 under different monikers like Distale, and he has released on Oliver Huntemann’s Senso imprint, Victor Calderone’s Waveform Recordings, Upon You Records and many more. In 2019, he took a step back from 4-to-the-floor techno and unleashed his debut LP as TMPLT on his own eponymous label. His sound pulls from a diverse array of genres including UK grim, break beat, dub techno and more. Following his debut album, he now delivers the second release on the imprint titled Kubta which finds one original track and remixes from Andre Kronert and Hex Wolves. The latest Furanum catalog entry, the eighteen track "Shreds from the Netherworld" by Sirio G, continues on from the previous release on the label in terms of both format and medium as a cassette-bound long play. 
Paraphrasing the artist's own words, the album presents a series of "deep excursions" into one's own visionary "Netherworld" through the duality of detached observation and visceral immersion, each corresponding to one of the two sides of the cassette. 

Mastered by Dominik Müller, "Shreds from the Netherworld" will be released on 2021.02.12 in limited quantities on cassette as well as in digital form at all fine music retailers.

Continuing on from 2015’s ‘émigré’, Killawatt further evolves his experimentation on the fringes of techno and UK bass music with his sophomore LP, ‘Loxodromics’. Emerging from an ever-present sense of social and climate anxiety, ‘Loxodromics’ flicks between the unresolved, organic ambient structures of the opening ‘Forest Floor Economics’; bright, sci-fi techno in ‘Voodoo Mission’; UK dread-laden, sub-heavy aesthetics of ‘Open Your Eyes’ and the mutant dancehall form of ‘Heavy Elemental’. It is an album of two-halves, split with the AI plea of Greta Thunberg in ‘Critical Pulse’ and fading out with the unstable tension of ‘Total System Nonfeasance’.

A contribution towards Clean Air Taskforce will be made for each release sold via the NET#0 Bandcamp page, alongside a cut of revenue generated from external outlets. The intention is for this release and all releases on NET#0 to also be carbon neutral or as close as is realistically possible with the data and tools I have at hand.

This LP will be released digitally only as the process and logistics involved in vinyl manufacturing do not align with environmental goals of NET#0. I would encourage everyone to purchase the record over streaming also. This not only supports artists more effectively but massively reduces the energy used in listening :)
