I was going through the Tony Harris collection and came across this little gem he'd written years ago , so I asked him if I could have a go at a complete revamp , he said yes and this is the result , I hope you like it as much as I do ! Axel sent me a tune he had and said " can you do anything with this ? " So I contacted Charlotte and the 3 of us created this super alternative Country song , we do hope you like it ! Well after this one everything is nearly completed but nothing actually is , if you see what I mean , 2 songs with Axel , one with Charlotte , and one with Dave Cooper , who is sunning himself on a Med cruise at this moment in time , lucky bugger ! I might do a couple of remixes just to keep things going , don't know yet , please stay tuned !

Together Again

Big revamp of a song I wrote a few years ago , moral of the song is do not pray for rain ! Me , Axel and Andrea have a cracker out on the 4th of October , then me and Dave Cooper on the 11th , just finished a belter with Charlotte , loads in the pipeline again . Now , a little tale for anyone having trouble with Soundclouds 2fa ( two factor authentication ) if you are trying to monetize your songs . I spent almost a week tearing my hair out , I couldn't sign in , but I think I've found the answer . If your codes keep getting refused , switch your automatic time/date on your mobile off , then on again , it'll sync everything , a reset was all it took to get my codes accepted , such a simple thing that took me 6 days to work out for myself as the Help Centre didn't once respond to my problem ! And make sure you copy the back up codes in case it all goes wrong again . I hope this helps anyone who is having the same issue as I had , solved it by chance , no help was available !

Well this one is different . I asked Andrea to send me some mythical lyrics , which she did , and I put a basic idea for a song together . When I sent it to Axel to have a play about with it he completely transformed it into what it is  now . With his instrumentation and production , and Andreas fantastic and inspired lyrics , this is ( hopefully ) a joy to listen to , enjoy ! Between July and November 1916 one of the most harrowing events in warfare history took place , the Battle of the Somme . In a largely pointless campaign , only 6 miles of French land was reclaimed , the British had 420,000 casualties , the French 194,000 and the Germans over 440,000 , a very sobering thought ! The people who gave the orders said to the men " We're right behind you " About 35 miles from the front in relative safety , not exactly right behind the men at the front risking their lives , what a waste of British , French and German souls . This is the story of a mans journey to the front , and having told that sad tale I do hope you enjoy it ! This is a bit of a change from my last happy song , it's a tad sobering !
