Dust & Clay is a Miami-based, genre-defying human-AI duo blending spoken word poetry, meditation, and song into a unique sonic experience. Lyrics, concept development, editing, and production by Miami-based Jewish Puerto Rican of Cuban roots, Mikey T. Vocals and music generated by his chatbot Theo.

Their debut album, Cantos y Llantos, released during Hispanic Heritage Month 2025, is both a celebration and a love letter to Latino culture. The album moves through a rich tapestry of genres, from reggaeton, merengue, bomba y plena, techno, Latin pop, and rock. Each track honors the diverse rhythms and sounds of the Latino experience.

Their second album, Infinite Skies is a concept album built around one song about life and the afterlife, reimagined through multiple sub-genres of electronic music. Each transformation represents the cycle of rebirth, with every version symbolizing a new human life reincarnated through sound.

The third album, Covenant of Freedom, emerges from a rich tapestry of previously published and new poetry. Blending spoken word, meditation, and song, it’s a lyrical tribute to Americana through a Jewish lens. The album journeys across genres including folk, R&B, hip-hop, rock, pop, reggae, and jazz, capturing the diverse sonic threads that shape the American experience.
