This is an original theme for the short animation, Cushy Cushy Gentleman, a cute animation created by Sehee Mun from Hoseo Univerity. 
A story presents a bald-hair gentleman, and everything about him is being cushy and comfortable. He wants the cuddliest wig for himself, however, finding the perfect wig is going to be a challenge. Would he able to find the perfect wig?

This piece has a Romantic-era orchestration style, and the leitmotif is presented throughout the music with different instruments and a different tempo. In term of a structure, It is written and synced to the animation timecode. Ultimately, I wanted to show the character and mood of the animation with this composition.

Cushy Cushy Gentleman (Original)

Born in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, Michael W. Choi is a Korean-American composer, conductor, and filmmaker specialized in writing music for film, animation, games, and new media.

He graduated from the Berklee College of Music: Valencia Campus, receiving a Master's degree in Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games. His skills include musical composition, arrangement, orchestration, conducting, mixing, and experience in film production skills. He worked with independent directors and artists in the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He co-founded a student film production group called KUT Film Production, directing and producing short feature films.

He is currently based in Seoul, South Korea, working as a professional producer, music director, and composer for film, animation, video games, and new media.
