Inner Child Meditation is a guided meditation to connect and understand your inner child.

INNER CHILD MEDITATION

Be guided in a walking meditation to be more mindful of how you view the world around you as you walk. Become aware of stress triggers and make a conscious effort not to judge what you see -- simply allow yourself to experience your walk and your emotions. You'll also hear a question from a listen who wants to know if meditation is a religion. Become aware of the important difference between being spiritual and being religious. This is part 7- of a 7-Part Mindfulness Meditation for Self-Compassion, Episodes 308-315.

The Highly Sensitive Person Explained - Walk the Wu Wei #44

Enough to pulse right from the earth, awakening the heartbeat.

And the sound … all of the binaural tones — each one tuned intentionally:
Every 7 or so minutes, a new key that resonates with & heals the specific energy centers in our human system, weaves itself in the soundscape … starting with the base of the body: a middle note C ~ a grounding root melody that evolves as the sound grows deeper and more intricate. The journey speaks directly to the sacrum, the solar plexus, the heart, the ears, the third-eye point, and the crowning connection to the Great Beyond. All these foundational parts of us and how they pulse with our vital energy.

Composing this was a complete meditation,
And so I offer it as a meditation
Not just in the 3-Dimensional sense -
Listening and literally working with the physical sensations of the seat, the hips, the belly, the heart, the throat, the pineal gland, the layers of blood, and bones, and body ~
But also in the metaphysical:
laying down or sitting or doing whatever it is that gives the spirit room to just BE,
and l i s t e n i n g - 
With the whole being.
Allowing self to enter the astral dimensions and the unseen universes accessible through intentional sound.
Traveling amongst stars and deep across the oceans with the sound.
Eyes closing,
Heart opening,
Transforming;
Welcoming the #SonicAlchemy.
