Here is a demo with added vocals recorded today 4 Sep 2024 by myself, of my song LOST IN THE LIGHT.
 I used to sing and play the piano many ages ago jazz standards and Evergreens at my gigs and events, Hey! I even had some concerts!

     However, this is after 40 minutes of rehearsing only, and I recorded sitting with my laptop on my lap with my Airpods :)

On The Way Back [Hans Zimmer Strings]

Hello! I’m a university professor of history who enjoys playing guitar and piano/keyboard, and occasionally composing — unpretentiously, just for fun. I’ve been here for at least 10 years, but have only recently started using the platform for something other than simple digital storage. 
Most of my recordings are homemade, recorded with a KorgD8, Audacity, and more recently Reaper (for MIDI and Spitfire Audio libraries). They’re not perfect, but they’re mine. 
The tracks include old songs (written back in the last century and reworked much later) alongside both old and new instrumentals. Thanks for stopping by and listening — descriptions often come with notes or lyric translations, in case you’re curious. 
Here I’ve found a community of talented musicians, and plenty of beautiful music to enjoy. If I like, comment, or repost something, it means I’ve actually listened. For the same reason, I’m not interested in trading empty likes or chatting with promoters — follower counts leave me entirely unmoved.
