„The Deep Way“ is a heartfelt project that celebrates the love for Dubtechno, experimental sounds, and electronic music in its purest form. This series captures the hypnotic, meditative quality of Dubtechno and merges it with the deep, emotional themes of self-discovery and spiritual journeys. The signature sound of Dubtechno – with its cool, often detached atmosphere – becomes a central element of the narrative.

At the heart of the series lies the power of electronic sound, particularly the unmistakable 4/4 rhythm that defines the Techno genre. This penetrating beat forms the foundation that supports the entire musical structure of the series, providing listeners with a steady, driving flow. Furthermore, the electronic bass drum, often the backbone of the music, is combined with subtle, repeating effects like reverb, echo, and phaser, which are characteristic of the Dubtechno style.

These effects not only create a deeper, immersive soundscape but also reflect the inner journey of the characters. The drifting, distorted sounds and expansive reverb spaces generate an atmosphere of detachment and reflection. Timo Reitzklang: 
Inspired by the techno sound of Frankfurt in the early 90s (Harthouse, Eye Q etc.) and the many good parties, Reitzklang started djing techno and trance in 1994.
Later, he focused on psychedelic trance. For the last 20 years he has concentrated on techno, progressive house and dub techno. He has been working as a producer for a year now.

I noticed my mixingstyle is changing from the dancefloor more to the headset. It’s the story telling that is more and more important to the way how I compile my mixes. After I have recorded a mix, I always sit back and listen to my mixes with my headset on. For me the mix is ok, when I sense a wave of emotions that is complementing each other. This mix is also special to me as it is an announcement of my upcomming EP release with [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB]. It has been a long road to this release and two of the tracks in this mix are from my upcomming EP called Jökull (Talandi is). The EP is taking you on a journey to the land of Ice and Fire. ORBIA: 
Belgium DJ/producer living in Ghent  who started dj'ing at the age of 18 with a passion for vinyl which got me infected to start spinning records. When I had the chance to buy my friend's vinyl collection and my first turntables and mixer, I was hooked on the feeling of vinyl and how to control it. 
From that point everyday has been a day when the music was present. After getting experienced in Dj'ing and developping a natural feeling with the sound of electronic music. I started producing electronic music myself it already has been quite a journey.
Today I have found a sound that gives me the most comfort and confidence to express myself and my surroundings in a journey of amtospheric soundscapes combined with pulsating rhythms and ever lasting deep dub chords as the bass keeps my tracks groovy and intriguing.
