House of Black Lanterns is the latest artistic guise of Dylan Richards (formerly known as King Cannibal when working on Ninja Tune and Zilla on Warp Records).

Championed by the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs, hand-picked by Björk to work on her recent ‘Biophilia’ project, selected by Liam Howlett to remix the Prodigy, invited to compile retrospectives of the Warp and Ninja Tune catalogues as Zilla and King Cannibal respectively and DJ Mag Best of British 'Best Mix CD' award nominee, Richards is no stranger to critical recognition when it comes to twisted, layered soundscapes.

House of Black Lanterns delivers a defined change in vision and style with the material already receiving widespread support. The debut album 'Kill The Lights' on Fabric's imprint 'Houndstooth' retains the earlier influence of DJ Krust’s sprawling drum & bass soundscapes, House of Black Lanterns sees Richards develop his sound to incorporate the dub-inflected techno textures of Rhythm & Sound whilst nodding to the catchy, yet bleak floorfillers of Trax, all inspired by the modern noir visual style of Michael Mann.

In between sets at both Berghain and Panorama Bar, The Roundhouse, Boileroom, Fabric and Melkweg, remixes have been traded with Breakage, Dave Clarke & Mr Jones's _Unsubscribe_ project, followed by a  EP on Hypercolour and a release for Doc Scott's 31 Records. His new conceptual album piece ‘You Were Telling Me of Mountains’ has just been released, backed up with a hefty run of more dancefloor orientated tracks across Creme's new Jericho One imprint, Darkroom Dubs and coming soon, EPM.

Multi-talented Brittany Bordella rocks with an intensive fury that combines serious metal guitar skills with sultry vocals and hard but danceable beats, creating a sinister soundtrack for your next dark gathering, night of evil, or perpetration of devil-may-care debauchery. As the principle writer and arranger, Brittany sings, plays all guitar parts, and adds percussion to these hellishly hot tracks now posted on reverbnation. Brittany has developed a sound that crosses Heavy Metal, Trip-Hop Electronica, Hip Hop, Horrcore Morbid Pop, and New Wave, to take music beyond the grave. Each song has its own unique sound and the rest of the album is going to be full of surprises!!
