Release Info: 
Having launched 2016 with his 'Octavia' EP, Lost & Found boss Guy J returns home to kick start 2017, with a new double-header born out of moments in time, inspiration and a quest for a specific sound. 

"MDQ is named after the airport code of Mar Del Plata in Argentina," says Guy. "I played there with John Digweed earlier this year at MUTE. It's a party on the beach and, for me, was the best I've been to in my life and not just as a DJ." 

MDQ beautifully recreates and projects the warmth of the sun, uplifting vibes and postive energy that Guy felt on the sand that day. Its melodic charm and passionate delivery lifts the listener, transporting them to that most southern of shores. 

Diagonal, on the flip, was born more out of necessity. "I needed something with a transitional feel for my sets. A track that would allow me to segue to the next part, up the tempo and deliver a more groovy and seductive magic." 

Another delicious brace from the Lost & Found boss and a perfect selection to soundtrack the new year.

Ovnimoon presents Voyage, his magical 8th solo studio album, making this his 12th full length album release. In this album, the roots of classic Goatrance music are present and with 2 pure old gold sounding tracks, we hear an evolution in the career of Ovnimoon.  Hector Stuardo is a multifaceted artists, who throughout the last few years, has presented many releases with different styles, Hedustma (Dark Techno), 3 Access and You (Club Prog Psytrance) , and ambient as OM plus his collaboration with Ascent as The Key, and Ovnimoon Vs Rigel projects. Voyage is Hectors’ newest work after a break from Psytrance music production, and it shows that he is back, onto his own path and vision, tapping into his original and signature mystical formula with a unique point of view. This new album is a mixing of progressive trance combined with the roots of this music genre, Psy and Goatrance! As always Ovnimoon music style is built on hypnotic arpeggios and deep atmospheres, running as long as possible, this is the basic idea for the music called TRANCE. The vocal messages are very important content for ours souls, with ideas for self-healing, open consciousness and wisdom on our planet. 07 - Ovnimoon - Tranceport

Tale Of Us present a new collaboration with Vaal for the sixth release on their Afterlife label. Three years after they teamed up for ‘Concur’ and began to tour together, the trio return with their most anthemic offering yet. Vaal’s hauntingly-beautiful and instantly-recognisable vocals are the centre-piece on ‘Monument’, building on the style of her Wander To Hell EP (AL002). The drums and shimmering synth lines are moody and uplifting in the way Tale Of Us have made their own, arranged perfectly for the psychedelic breakthrough.

On the flip side, ‘The Hangar’ takes a different approach to equally devastating effect. It pumps with added urgency and a thunderous, steely bassline lunges out from the low-end. Designed for large soundsystems and big rooms, ‘The Hangar’ finds Tale Of Us and Vaal at their most direct and it’s something to behold.

Barnt and Stephan Bodzin, two artists whose stand-out performances at recent Afterlife events have made them firm favourites with the crowds, are tapped for the remixes (AL007). They both take on ‘Monument’, Barnt opting for a rolling, percussive direction and Bodzin more ethereal and transportive.

For our 20th release, we invited Belarus-based Mikhail Akulich, better known as Michael A, to make his Juicebox Music debut. Ever since his first introduction in 2012, Michael’s music has been constantly evolving and appreciated with a distinct style that he’s honed to the core. His music has been widely revered & supported, earning him appearances on Cid Inc’s “Replug”, Tone Depth’s “Bad Pony”, Hernan Cattaneo’s “Sudbeat” as well as being an active force on his own label “Genesis”.
