Known for his productions on trendsetting outlets like Control Freak Recordings and Pressure Dome where he showed his excellent take on forward thinking broken techno music, right here for Midgar he uses a more straight forward approach with two versions of title track 'Plumes'. The original is a subtle, percussive and playful techno groover, where the 'Meditation Mix' flips this impeccable groove into an airy atmospheric after-house mood. Second track 'Pulse' continues on this breezy atmosphere, it's a floaty eyes-closed deep trip, with carefully arranged drums creating the perfect breakdown. Keplrr's creative process delves into the profound, seeking to encapsulate the sensation of falling or morphing, blurring the lines between reality and reverie. His aim is to transport listeners to a state somewhere between a dream and a trip, where the boundaries of perception dissolve, and the subconscious takes flight. This EP embodies that quest, each track a sonic voyage into the depths of consciousness.

Auteur, compositeur, interprète et DJ, Matriöchka façonne un univers sonore où se mêlent émotion, exploration et danse. 
Ses productions et Mix puisent dans la richesse du jazz, les textures aériennes de l’ambient, les musiques traditionnelles du monde et les pulsations contemporaines de l’électro, du minimal ou du break. 
Ses compositions et ses mix sont des expériences vivantes, entre rythmes dansants et paysages atmosphériques.

Porté par une curiosité sans frontières, Matriöchka explore la musicalité du silence autant que la puissance du son. Sa musique, à la fois intime et universelle, célèbre le mouvement, la rencontre et la résonance entre les âmes.

I've written for a whole spectrum of music outlets - from Data Transmission to Inverted Audio, the much loved Ibiza Voice and even contributions to FACT and Fabric. Mainly, this involves listening to sounds, deciding whether I like them or not, and then making words happen about them.

Sometimes the sounds find their way onto mixes (when I have the time between dealing with children and a demanding day job) some of which you can hear on here.

My sounds are myriad. One mix does not sound like the next.

Giacomo Raisi AKA Jack’s Trip is a DJ, music producer, and audio engineer based in Berlin.
The foundation of Jack’s music lies in field recordings, dense textures, and intriguing grooves. His characteristic blend of creative audio manipulation and organic sound design offers unexpected moments in every track. Experimentation plays a crucial role in his work, as he seamlessly combines various sound sources, elements, genres, and concepts.

Giacomo embarked on his journey in electronic music production at a young age and quickly delved into the world of DJing. Throughout his career, he has explored a multitude of genres, with a particular focus on the dancefloor. Growing up in an environment rich in diverse art and cultures, his dual Italian and Peruvian nationality further contributed to his artistic development.

Having lived in different countries and travelled extensively, Giacomo’s mind has been opened to artistic experimentation, allowing him to explore various concepts and methods to establish his own identity and sound as a DJ, Electronic Music Producer, and Sound Designer.

His artistic influences stem from genres such as Punk, Psychedelic and Progressive Rock, Techno, Experimental, and Cinematic music.
