Terje Saether joins the family with two incendiary originals. Remix support comes from label favourite Silinder and boss man Real Gone Kid.

Born in the land of the polar bear and aquavit, Terje Saether loves a dark beat. Inspired by ’80s musical firebrands such as The Cure and Pet Shop Boys, his love of the electronic has seen him release with a slew of high profile imprints including Hope Recordings, Darkroom Dubs and Bedrock.

Opening with ‘Cold Drop’ those dark grooves are very apparent. Deep and hypnotic, it gets under your skin quickly as all good earworms do. For his remix, RGK focuses on the organics to construct a dirty peak time breaks monster.

Next up, ‘Undertow’ works its magic. Again deeply satisfying without ever losing its cool, this will work on the cooler floors perfectly. Irish supremo, Silinder reimagines the original motifs in his immutable style, adding a fresh polish.

This profile is a mix of my productions and DJ sets.

I've been DJiing and making music pretty much my whole life, starting with mix tapes back in the day.

I spent many years DJing and producing as part of Community Spirit Productions in London releasing on Bedrock & West End Records, and more recently dabbling in some solo productions and releases on @moomsound.

I also put on parties and DJ in London and Ibiza inc Cheeky, Bless This House and Community Spirit, plus my residency at Milk Face in Shoreditch, East London at the amazing 333 Club.
