This is a channel for a studio project called Grand Prize (est. 2002), it's trip-hop with several other influences, rock, pop, indie/lo-fi, funk, psychedelia, boom-bap, folk, ect. Very much sample and beat driven as well...Anthoknee Battaglia (pictured) is the singer & Choice & Twan J. (not pictured) do production and engineering. Anti-art and avantgarde adherent, she/he is a 25 non-binary person native of the northeast of Brazil, Fortaleza - CE.

She plays and produces all her music at home since 2018, when, by her self, she decided she wanted to produce her own music.

MARIANA MESMO'S music is based on synth music, futuristic style, creepy, industrial, glitch, electro-punk, techno and drum and bass references.

Her tracks are mainly classified as IDM, electroclash, soundtrack and ambient styles.

Passionate singer/songwriter. Been an avid U2 and Bad Company fan for decades. Trying to get my music out there and who knows?? Would love the opportunity to get more airtime, radioplay and possibly a record deal. My influences are U2, Bad Company, Alter Bridge, Depeche Mode and Def Leppard, among so many others. Also enjoy Josh Groban, Bruce Springsteen, Queen and pretty much anyone who delivers quality music. More recently, I have been working on self-development of songwriting, mixing and mastering and music production and composition, all of which are intense, interesting and very exciting.
