Jim Solis is a Hard Techno DJ & Producer from Hasselt, Belgium
with over two decades behind the decks, Jim Solis has carved out a fierce reputation as one of Belgium’s most uncompromising forces in the underground techno scene. Known for his relentless energy and razor-sharp precision, Jim delivers sets that fuse dark industrial soundscapes with hypnotic, high-pressure techno—pushing dancefloors to their absolute limit.

Starting his journey in 1997, Solis first emerged in the Belgian circuit spinning R&B and deep house before fully embracing techno by the early 2000s. His early residencies at JH Chaoz, The Sound Factory, and later The Zoo in Hasselt laid the foundation for what would become a long-standing devotion to the harder, more visceral side of club music.

Now a resident at Six AM Events, Jim Solis is known for crafting sonic experiences that hit with both weight and intent. Drawing inspiration from artists like Scalameriya, Perc, and Randomer, his sound is raw, cinematic, and unapologetically underground.

As a producer, Jim’s work is equally ferocious. His tracks and remixes have appeared on labels such as DSR Digital, Eclipse Recordings, and Kube, including standout releases like The Gates of Hell, Jawbreaker, and A Ghost on Drugs. RAVE SYNDICATE is a hard techno/industrial techno project founded in 2018, originally as a duo. Now led solely by founding member Eric Swanson, the project continues to evolve with the same relentless energy and vision that defined its early days. While no longer collaborating full-time, Eric and former partner Yale Wolfe remain close friends, parting ways amicably after distance made the partnership impractical.

Rooted in the underground scene of Northeast Pennsylvania and now based in Florida, Rave Syndicate is known for delivering punishing kicks, high-speed rhythms, and dark, industrial atmospheres. With tracks produced and released on respected labels such as UralHardKicks, Divine Intervention, Asylum Moscow, Creptonit, and Ego Death, the project has carved out a distinct space in the global techno underground.

Following an impactful stretch through Eastern Europe, Eric continues to push the project forward with a long-term vision that includes a deeper connection to the European scene, both creatively and physically.

His taste for electronic music began in his late teens and blossomed through his college years when he began DJ’ing and then started producing during graduate school. Mark officially entered the techno scene in 2017, and over the next few years, he developed a unique sound blending elements of different styles like minimal, progressive, house, and trance. This hybrid approach eventually led Mark to develop his signature sound - heavy metal techno, fusing the musical loves of his past and present in a unique way. DJ Capelli was raised in New Jersey and found his passion for electronic music in the late 80's at 10 years old, fueled by the resonating sounds of industrial music including bands like Nine Inch Nails, Front 242, KMFDM, and Skinny Puppy. By 14-15, he went to his first rave, discovering a vibrant community to call his own. At 16, he acquired his set of Technic turntables and a mixer and began learning the ins and outs of DJing. Inspired by DJ Bad Boy Bill and influenced by the Chicago house scene, he quickly found his signature sound playing hard house infused with the soulful essence of Chicago house & disco house.

As the '90s drew to a close, Capelli became a prominent figure in the New Jersey and New York City party circuits, collaborating with local New York and New Jersey DJs such as Odi, Kazpa, Jo-S, Empress, Pauly, and Jevic from Sympty. After a hiatus in the mid-2000s, the allure of the scene beckoned once again in 2020, during the Covid 19 pandemic being reignited by TNL's live broadcasts and the birth of the SESS1ONS events under the Verrazano Bridge. By 2021, equipped with fresh gear and renewed vigor, Capelli emerged from retirement, unleashing a torrent of hard-hitting techno mixes infused with that old Chicago flare that captured the attention of RTDF RAVE RADIO. Now serving as the resident DJ for RTDFRaveRadio.com, Capelli has delivered countless exclusive mixes and is an essential promoter. This new venture with Rave Radio throughout 2023 has opened the door for guest DJ mixes on Podcasts internationally. In 2024,  he started his new podcast on RTDF RAVE RADIO STATION: Capelli's Outta Freak'in Control Podcast featuring full line-ups of DJs airing as their Sunday flagship shows.
