Siddhartho Poddar is a guitarist, composer, and producer, who is currently studying music  at the British & Irish Institute of Modern Music in Brighton. After several years on the  Bombay metal circuit, he turned to acoustic fingerstyle guitar - inspired by the likes of  Jon Gomm, Andy McKee, and Don Ross. Having been formally trained in blues, jazz and  contemporary music, his current endeavors showcase experiments with Flamenco,  Indian Classical, and Celtic Folk styles.

Hello everyone and welcome to my profile. 
My name is Siddhartho Poddar (Sid) . I study music at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music(BIMM) in the United Kingdom. Started out as a keyboard player who gradually shifted to playing the Guitar over the course of time and so my list of influences is varied and contrasting. I have a keen interest towards Instrumental music but have always been more attracted towards Metal, Alternative and more recently, solo Acoustic compositions.
I love to compose, arrange and record music and you shall find some of my works here.
