Hardcore’s most exciting new voice RABBeAT delivers a punishing 8-tracker of seismic kickdrums and mournful screams on New York’s Hammerhead Records. Meditating on withdrawal from the world, Lyon-via-Madagascar artist Julien Ravit is at his most vicious, bucking between paranoid, pitiable, and triumphant.

Threat is a blistering first volley, a 140 BPM track that feels like 160, narrating a hunt from the perspective of prey. Escape follows with a 9 minute lament on loneliness, sharp staccato drums biting the ear and reverberating in the recoil. Ravit has retooled two of his first "lonely tracks," Quiet and Isolation, both of which sound louder (and sadder) than ever. The album closer Do You Wonder Why I Prefer To Be Alone is a surprising ballad, pairing Ravit's signature kickdrum destruction with a ghostly voice singing a dirge of social death and reclusion.

The EP features dub mixes of three of the tracks for a more atmospheric effect. HMMRHD003 is available on CD, Digital, and also features a eucalyptus hand-dyed T-Shirt. With early support from Manu Le Malin, Densha Crisis, Kilbourne, and many others, What’s That, Who’s There is destined to be a classic of industrial hardcore.

Four producers, four nationalities, four highly personal interpretations of “Guilty,” the aggressive, industrial track released by W.LV.S (Manu le Malin & Electric Rescue) in 2022. RABBeAT, Scalameriya, Kilbourne, and Ghost In The Machine are at the helm of this EP of fierce and unique remixes.

Following the release of Tripped's iconic debut album Unboxed,
four tracks have been carefully selected and reinterpreted by a group of respected producers from across the rave spectrum, each bringing their own distinctive sound and approach.

The remixers include:
Ophidian, an icon of the hardcore genre that we all know for his refined yet uncompromising style.
Starving Insect: Sweden’s leading doomcore export, channeling atmosphere and heaviness.
Mr. Gasmask: Belgium’s acid tekno specialist mixing it up, and last but not least,
EAS: delivering a precise, industrial techno interpretation straight from the USA.

The result is four Tripped slammers dissected and resurrected for his, hers, and their hardcore pleasure! Whatever type of core you are into, this remixed EP is bound to satisfy you.

This EP showcases the versatility of the original tracks while giving space for each remixer’s unique approach.

This release comes as a limited edition of 200 copies, hand-stamped and hand-numbered, featuring a unique design created by Tripped himself. It's going to be a very special product that you definitely want as part of your collection items ;)
