本週的音頻討論「行政院許願 2 年內培育獨角獸」的新聞。政府該以培育獨角獸為目標嗎？又，什麼樣的獨角獸可以算「台灣的」？

估值 10 億以上的「獨角獸」是網路界最令人目換神移的現象之一。芬蘭、瑞典、新加坡、以色列都先後孵育出。台灣行政院也喊出要在 2 年內生出台灣第一隻。

於此同時，許多人也質疑台灣市場太小，不足以支撐獨角獸，特別是 B2C 型的創業。台灣優秀的製造與代工成就，反而成為壟照的陰影，逼使創業者自我懷疑「何不延續優秀的傳統，作 B2B 創業？」

本次我試圖釐清政策培育獨角獸的邏輯。並透過 Dropbox 的公開上市，找出形成獨角獸的最重要條件。
