Mindseye (or MindsEye) is a New Zealand-based record producer, visual artist, and DJ with Dutch roots. His music is a melodic blend of styles, samples and sounds, weaving together elements from electronica, downtempo and trip-hop as well as ambient and left-field hip-hop... 
Mindseye draws inspiration from the great outdoors and from the many vibrant cultures he has encountered during his countless travels. He is especially passionate about everything coast and ocean-related, emphasized by his academic background as an oceanographer.
