Up-and-coming talents within Italy’s thriving house landscape, Palermo-based duo VLTRA and fellow Sicilian Francis De Simone have started laying the groundwork with solo EPs and material between them on the likes of Hot Creations, Solid Grooves Raw, Repopulate Mars and more. Having previously worked with one another on REALM and Too Many Rules, they now unveil their biggest collaboration to date as they launch SB Recordings with ‘Flowcito’.
A slinking track with crisp, punchy percussion and warping synths and hooky Latin vocal samples throughout, ‘Flowcito’ is a powerful and slick production built to make an impact, while Dice’s own remix builds on the original in typical fashion as he raises the energy even further while injecting trippy builds for another terrace heater.

Star player for the Metro Dance and Reptilian Music teams, with plenty of appearances on a series of significant imprints enhancing his resumé, Carlos Agraz puts ‘Prendeh’ to the test. Names such as Jamie Jones and Adam Beyer are two indicators of his proven, ever growing reputation, the Spaniard’s sounds bidding to be beach-ready for another Clarisse-centred summer.

It’s all about the metronome of tribal drums on this one that bounce all over the track like a Balearic bungee jump, with the added percussion and image of Agraz drumming along with anything he can get his hands on. Builds and breakdowns culminate in mass drum circles noisily coming together, and the classic understanding of not needing to go overboard on groove to make everything happen, means that the party vibes take care of themselves from beat one.

The international languages that tell tales throughout ‘Prendeh’ both move the crowd and sound like gossip on the corner of the dancefloor, and you’re getting carnival sensations on cruise control. Take a ride on Agraz’ simple swinging rhythm, and on the right soundsystem, crowds will be knocked over like skittles.

Paco Osuna's record label Mindshake welcomes the return of Iglesias who delivers a stripped-back tech house EP made in collaboration with Joshwa. Alongside their two original tracks, there is also a bass-heavy remix by Paco Osuna.

This is the first time that Iglesias and Joshwa have collaborated together, and the sixth time that Iglesias has featured original material on Mindshake.

Iglesias is a Spanish artist who has previously collaborated with Paco Osuna. He is a Mindshake regular, who has also released his upbeat sound on other respectable imprints.

Paco Osuna is one of Spain's most iconic electronic music artists, he has an eclectic sound covering the full range of house and techno. His career spans more than two decades, and he continues to be at the forefront of the global electronic music scene. Alongside his headline DJ sets all over the world, he has also contributed tracks and remixes to highly influential record labels.

Paco Osuna's remix of "Mind Your Business" adds a thickset, funky bassline to the original's rolling groove.
